A commission to photograph the Digbeth, or 'Eastside' area of Birmingham.

Digbeth is soon to be heavily redeveloped and the council wanted to record the area before work commenced.
This project led nicely on from the images I had already taken around the 'bullring' area of Birmingham.

A 3 year documentation of the people and architecture of Birmingham's Bullring area, prior to redevelopment.

The images are to be hand-printed and kept as a permanent archive.

The architects Hammersons are one of the companies redeveloping the centre of Birmingham.

I have photographed architecture, demolition sites and P.R. events for them.

By making sure that the traditional, posed images that we associate with Wedding photography do not take too long I am able to take reportage-style images (often in black and white) of the wedding which many people feel represent the wedding as it really was!

Having hired video artists to film chosen athletes, Renn and Thacker projected the resulting film on to water, and also on to the side of The National Indoor Arena.

This marked the International Indoor Athletes competition in Birmingham 2003. I was hired to photograph this whole process for publicity purposes.
